Program Description: Leading Health Choices provides SMS communications to individuals who have submitted a health insurance quote request through our website and provided consent to be contacted.
We operate two distinct categories of SMS communications, each requiring separate consent:
Service-Related SMS (Required Consent): Individuals who submit the quote request form and check the required service consent checkbox agree to receive service-related SMS messages. These include appointment scheduling, agent follow-ups, application status updates, document reminders, and customer support communications. This consent is required to process your insurance request.
Marketing and Promotional SMS (Optional Consent): Separately, individuals may choose to opt in to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox on our opt-in form.
