SMS messages from Leading Health Choices are sent only to consumers who have submitted a request on Healthcare.com, been matched specifically to Leading Health Choices, and provided prior consent to be contacted regarding their inquiry.

Opt-In Flow
Step 1 – Consumer submits a health insurance request on Healthcare.com A consumer visits Healthcare.com and completes the online quote request form, providing their contact information to receive assistance with health coverage options.
Step 2 – Consent disclosure is presented before form submission Before submitting, the consumer is presented with a disclosure informing them that their contact information may be used to connect them with a licensed insurance agency that can assist with their health coverage request.
Step 3 – Consumer submits the form The consumer submits the request form, initiating the matching process.
Step 4 – Healthcare.com matches the consumer exclusively to Leading Health Choices Upon submission, Healthcare.com matches the consumer with a single licensed insurance agency. The confirmation page displays the Leading Health Choices brand name and logo, explicitly identifying Leading Health Choices as the matched agency assigned to assist the consumer. The consumer sees the Leading Health Choices brand before any phone or SMS contact is made.
Step 5 – Consumer is notified that a licensed agent will be in contact The confirmation page informs the consumer that a licensed insurance agent from Leading Health Choices will be calling, and provides a direct phone number to reach an agent immediately if preferred.
Step 6 – Leading Health Choices follows up via SMS A licensed agent from Leading Health Choices follows up with the consumer via phone or SMS solely in response to their submitted health insurance request.
SMS Opt-In Process:
Consumers initiate contact by completing a health insurance quote request form on Healthcare.com. Upon form submission, Healthcare.com matches the consumer to Leading Health Choices as their assigned licensed insurance agency. The confirmation page immediately displays the Leading Health Choices brand name and logo, explicitly identifying the agency that will contact the consumer. This branded confirmation page is the consumer’s explicit acknowledgment that Leading Health Choices is their matched agency and will follow up regarding their request.
Leading Health Choices uses SMS messaging only to respond to this consumer-initiated, brand-matched request for health insurance information. No SMS messages are sent to any consumer who has not been individually matched to Leading Health Choices through this process.
Consumers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies depending on the consumer’s interaction with our licensed agents. Message and data rates may apply.
